Is my higher self located in another dimension?

The concept of another dimension implies a physical or spatial location separate from the current environment. In a consciousness-only model, spatial dimensions do not exist as independent, objective containers where entities can reside. Space acts as a specific contraction assumed by universal awareness to experience a localized reality. Because dimensions are projected within consciousness, consciousness itself cannot be contained within a spatial framework. The fundamental knowing presence encompasses all realities rather than residing inside one.

Inquiring about a higher self suggests a division between a lower identity and a superior entity. A nondual framework rejects this separation. Supreme consciousness does not split into higher and lower fragments. The localized ego simply represents universal awareness voluntarily restricting its infinite nature to experience human existence. The knowing presence functioning through the localized mind remains the exact same awareness that constitutes the absolute reality. No secondary self exists in a hidden location.

A supposed higher self is frequently viewed as a future state of attainment. However, universal awareness is eternally complete in the present moment. The localized mind’s perception might include a sequence of realizations, but the knowing presence itself does not evolve or progress toward a superior condition.

Locating the absolute reality requires shifting focus away from spatial concepts and distant destinations. Supreme consciousness is not physically distant, nor does awareness require travel across dimensions to be realized. The unconditioned reality exists as the immediate, ever-present background of all experience. ●
